Training

We maintain high standards of training through internal and external courses. We offer employees additional speciality training to complement the mandatory training required. All care assistants are required to complete the Care Certificate and Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care.

We also implement annual appraisals and regular general and clinical supervision for all staff.
